DigitalSistas.net is structured as a subsidiary of the Workforce 2000 Advisory Council, a non-profit organization which advocates for the development of employment and training programs for women, minorities and youth. As a for-profit entity, DigitalSistas.net will be positioned to offer its public an opportunity to be shareholders and investors in this uniquely targeted online community.

DigitalSistas-Unplugged is a unique vehicle for facilitating networking among African American women who are part of the online community (DigitalSistas.net) as well as those who are planning careers in technology or thinking about a career change. DigitalSistas-Unplugged will be a proven marketing strategy to ensure growth in its online, sister community DigitalSistas.net.
